As soon as we entered the door at Storm Secured Services we were rested by Gloria. Although she was working with another customer as we entered she assured us that she would get to us shortly. Gloria was very efficient and experienced in her job. We were there to register for the TSA PreCheck program and as soon as she finished assisting her current customer she invited us back into her office and began explaining exactly what was required to register for the TSA program and how we would accomplish that. Gloria was very thorough, efficient and friendly. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this office to anyone needing services such as fingerprinting, drug testing, background checks, DNA testing or TSA PreCheck applications.

I passed by the building a few times, looking for IDEMIA before I saw number 903. It's located in a strip of small businesses, a few doors down from McDonald's.
I visited STORMS for a TSA Precheck interview. I was expecting a big building with long lines, so I was pleasantly surprised. It's a small, quiet office...no crowds! The lady who interviewed me was professional and pleasant.
Most of all, she was patient. I was late for my appointment, but she fit me into the schedule. She was even patient while coaching me through the correct finger placement for digital fingerprints. (I kept getting it wrong.)
STORMS made my TSA Precheck interview more convenient and far less stressful than I had anticipated.
